Working in Arkansas

Trey LOVES to play make believe. It is so fun to listen and play along. He is sometimes different family members, sometimes Lightening McQueen, sometimes Rich (the drummer from Imagination Movers), sometimes his teachers, and the list goes on. My favorite is when he plays like he is Will. He "exercises" like Will, he "grills" like Will, he "works" on the computer like Will, and so on....on this particular day he was pretending to be Will and the conversation went something like this:
Trey-"Mommy I have to go work in Arkansas today." comes over kisses me and says, "I love you Sweetie, have a good day."
me-"Have a good day. I will miss you while you're gone."
Trey-as he waves to Will and Robb and leaves the room, "OK boys I love you and be good for mommy while I'm at work."
While he saw this as an everyday encounter, I teared up to hear him say it. It is so sweet that he picks up on the kind things Will says as he leaves the house. He is a blessed, little fellow to have such a great dad, and we are tremendously blessed to have him and Robb.
